Chia Pudding with Fruits & Nuts

Today I am going to reveal my secret to you – where these days everyone is crazy for healthy food, I am from those few sets of people who still love to eat junk all the time. Potato being my favorite, I can eat it in any form thrice a day and Every Day. 

Yes!, I know what you are thinking “Are you serious? Junk food EVERY DAY, What is wrong with you?????”

I realized the importance of the mantra “Eat Healthy & Stay Healthy”, while I was expecting my son Vivaan. That time, the scads of health issues and medical complexities, made me realized how this junk food has impacted my body.  And that was the moment, when I decided to let go of my love for junk foods and try some so-called “Healthier food”.

In these last 1.5 years, I have tried my hands on different healthy recipes, which have completely shattered my myth – “Tasty and healthy food can’t go hand in hand”. Here I am sharing my favorite delicious yet healthy pudding recipe, which is perfect to keep you cool and refreshing 

Now, without wasting any time, let’s begin-

Directions for chia pudding with fruits & nuts

  • Chia pudding with Fruits & Nuts: Take 1 cup of coconut milk

Chia Pudding with Fruits & Nuts
Instructions
Chia Mixture
  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey and Vanilla essence in a bowl and keep in fridge overnight
Pudding
  1. Layer 1- Add a layer of banana in maison jar or pudding bowl
  2. Layer 2- Add 2 tbsp of chia mixture
  3. Layer 3 - Top it with a layer of mango
  4. Layer 4- Add 2 tbsp of chia mixture
  5. Layer 5 - Add a layer of watermelon
  6. Layer 7 - Pour 1 tbsp chia mixture and top up the pudding with nuts and pomegranate seeds

You can layer it with the fruits of your choice.
