Chia Mixture
  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey and Vanilla essence in a bowl and keep in fridge overnight
Pudding
  1. Layer 1- Add a layer of banana in maison jar or pudding bowl
  2. Layer 2- Add 2 tbsp of chia mixture
  3. Layer 3 – Top it with a layer of mango
  4. Layer 4- Add 2 tbsp of chia mixture
  5. Layer 5 – Add a layer of watermelon
  6. Layer 7 – Pour 1 tbsp chia mixture and top up the pudding with nuts and pomegranate seeds
